John Lymn
Since leaving the corporate retail industry John has worked with the FE sector for over 15 years. Working closely with FE Colleges, Employers and large and niche providers. Keeping abreast of all the changes in Government Strategy he has supported companies in Strategy and Growth, Business Plans, SAR’s, QIP’s Compaliance, Contract Management and employer engagement.
Rhys Ling
Rhys has been involved in the sector for over 12 years. He supports contractual engagement covering MIS, profiling, funding and cash-flow and all data related issues. Working closely with clients, he has been able to help greater awareness of cash-flows through effective profiting and delivery management.
Mick Barr
Mick comes from an FE background and has been involved with FE Colleges for over 20 years before becoming a private consultant. He is specialist in many aspects of employer engagement, funding, compliance and has supported both Colleges and providers to achieve and maintain the Matrix Standard.
David Malachi
Dave is a highly experienced teacher and senior leader across the Primary, Secondary, Further Education and Skills and Higher Education sectors spanning Government funded, Independent and International provision. He has experience as an Ofsted Inspector, QAA Reviewer, Lead Inspector for Private FE and Language Schools and as a consultant to private sector training and work-based learning providers.
Helen O’Byrne
Helen is a qualified HR professional and Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. A highly experienced HR professional with over 20 years experience of HR gained in a variety of sectors including education, private, public and the third sector. Having worked at a senior level Helen has a wide portfolio of skills and generalist HR experience to draw on, including successfully managing HR and training teams, and strategic and operational aspects which face all organisations, implementing management strategies and practices that impact on these.
Chris Skilton
Chris grew up in a house that was also the office of his parents’ fledgling software start-up. This early environment nurtured a passion for entrepreneurship that has led Chris to launch diverse businesses including a microfinance bank and an agricultural co-operative. He has won numerous awards for his work in social enterprise and has an MSc in Entrepreneurship and a BA in Finance & Accounting, both from Nottingham University Business School.
Pam Wilkins
Pam is an EQA, IQA and has managed and directed several training companies over the years. Currently an EQA for several Awarding Organisations, Pam is currently supporting delivery to up-skill tutors and assessors in the latest TAQA requirements. She has written many training programmes and is an expert in accreditation and verification services.
Ian Wilkins
Ian has a significant background over many years within verification & operational management, learning and development strategies, material resource management, team building and delivery strategies. He is an EQA with several Awarding Organisations and has been a Director of several Training Companies.
Steve Dunne
With a background in the public and private sectors, Steve is a qualified trainer, teacher IQA and consultant in work -based learning. He works with individuals and companies to provide training and development solutions on a design, deliver and quality assurance basis.
