The Apprenticeship Reforms

In the drive to develop a 21st century highly skilled workforce, the Government reforms on Apprenticeships started in May 2017 and WDC is well equipped to help you through the reforms and get the best for your company whether you are a Levy payer or non levy employer.

WDC works with Training Providers, Employers, Awarding Organisations and Universities on many aspects of the Levy and Digital Apprenticeship Service. This affects employers of all sizes from the large national companies to SME’s and micro businesses. We want all employers to benefit from these flexible new opportunities and to ensure you are best placed to make informed decisions about the choices available to you.

We will help to ensure you have the best training providers to deliver within your sector, or work with you to create effective in-house delivery. The Apprenticeship Standards offer a great opportunity to input into the design of the Apprenticeship to suit your specific business outcomes.
