The Apprenticeship Reforms

In the drive to develop a 21st century highly skilled workforce, the Government reforms on Apprenticeships will start in May 2017 and WDC is well equipped to help you through these changes and get the best for your company from these new opportunities. WDC is involved in  the Apprenticeship reforms and works with Training Providers, Employers, Awarding Organisations and Universities on many aspects of the Levy and Digital Apprenticeship Service. This affects employers of all sizes from the large national companies to SME’s and micro businesses. We want all employers to benefit from these changes and to ensure you are best placed to make informed decisions about the choices available to you.

We will work closely with you to understand your training requirements, targets, objectives and future needs. We create strategic links within our network to provide the right solutions that support your aims and objectives. We will help to ensure you have the best training providers to deliver within your sector, or work with you to create effective in-house delivery.

We will also manage the relationships we create to ensure partnerships are successful and meet agreed outcomes. If you are considering becoming an Employer Provider, we can support you all the way to acceptance on the Register of Training Organisations and the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers, the Skills Funding Agency’s quality assurance Gateway.
